Refund Policy

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

If you change your mind about your purchase, please email us at: sales.snikizer@gmail.com, and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made. Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 4 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified. Please be informed that: We are not guaranteed to deliver your order on time if your order needs design modification as it will take us much longer to modify your design as requested. Personalized orders will be locked for processing right after the order is complete so making any adjustments (including shipping details) is impossible. Please double-check all details before you check out.

NOTE: Please remember that purchasing means accepting all the abovementioned terms.

EXCHANGES

Items purchased from Snikizer Store are custom made and printed just for you. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective.

We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:

  • The product is flawed.
  • The print quality is poor.
  • The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of ytour refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales.snikizer@gmail.com.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE BEFORE CLAIMING?

To file a claim, please send us an email to sales.snikizer@gmail.com and include the following information (this is a must): Order number The photos of the defective product If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error. If some of your items are missing, please provide us an image of the received package’s cover including the detailed shipping label. Our support team will review the photos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you for no additional cost to you. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).

NOTE: We typically DO NOT accept refunds or replacement due to customer’s mistakes such as: Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. Incorrect shipping address provided upon ordering. Review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct Please allow the 10% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
